There are countless real-world problems in India that still need solving. Many people in the country face challenges just because they can’t read a screen, speak the language, or access apps. Can your team build an AI solution that truly empowers them?

Your challenge: Use the **Sarvam AI Stack** — Sarvam-M, Sarvam-Translate, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and more — to build Agentic AI systems that can think, act, and assist people in real-world scenarios.These agents should go beyond answering queries — they should take initiative, simplify complexity, and help users accomplish meaningful tasks.

💡 Directions to Explore (but don’t stop here):
- **Voice agents for farmers** — that proactively give mandi prices, weather alerts, or government schemes in their dialect
- **Phone-based assistants** — that deliver maternal health or vaccination info without requiring an app
- **Al agents that simplify legal or educational documents** - through translation,
summarization, or voice narration
- **Multilingual IVR bots** - that help citizens file grievances or discover public services
- **Assistive agents** - for the visually or hearing impaired, combining voice + text
- **Language agents for NGOs** - that help support seekers across regions and languages
- **Auto-summarizers for RTI replies, court documents, or circulars** - in local languages, readable by all

You can use:

Build a **Merchant Assistant** that:

- Communicates with merchants through a conversational interface (WhatsApp, Claude, or Web Bot).
- Logs into merchant partner portals (Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin) securely.
- Executes merchant commands like:
    - Changing offers
    - Opting in/out of promotions
    - Running campaigns


### 💡 Problem We Are Solving for Merchants 
In today’s hyper-fragmented commerce landscape, merchants are listed across multiple platforms — Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin, and increasingly through open networks like ONDC. While this provides expanded reach, it creates operational chaos:

- ⏱ Manual Overhead: Merchants must individually log into each partner portal to update store timings, run promotions, or manage serviceability.
- 🔁 Inconsistent Information: A small change (e.g., store closure, festival offer) must be replicated across multiple systems — often leading to mismatched data and customer dissatisfaction.
- ❗ Missed Opportunities: Merchants are often unaware of seasonal spikes, competitor promos, or platform-specific campaigns they could benefit from.
- 🚨 Lack of Proactive Alerts: Deductions, rating drops, or serviceability issues are often noticed too late, leading to lost revenue.

A unified, AI-powered assistant that:
- Lets merchants manage all aggregator platforms from a single conversational interface (e.g., WhatsApp).
